I wouldn’t use anybody else for my short sale deals!!! Sara and Rhonda are the best at what they do. I was struggling 2 years ago trying to negotiate a short sale myself and was getting nowhere with Chase & BofA after 8 months and 2 buyers that walked. The Short Sale Expert team took over and closed the new buyer in 2 months. I’ve had several transactions with problems that popped up and each time they handled them with such ease. Their online system is very helpful as well, and having access to her daily notes saves us both time by keeping everyone updated. It also puts my buyer’s agents at ease to be able to have access to the online system so they can also see the status daily. Sara & Rhonda are a great addition to my short sale team, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend using them for your next short sale transaction. They will keep in contact with you all the time, and they do not require micro management… they will follow up and will do the job right….making your clients happy and getting you more referrals and more sales. About 4 1/2 years ago I worked exclusively with a law firm to negotiate my short sales. I tried working with Short Sale Experts on a few transactions and quickly realized that every transaction they did was much less stressful than those that I did with the law firm that I had been working with. SSE will take away a lot of the pain that goes along with negotiating the short sale. It is tough to have to deal with our greedy and corrupt American banks who were bailed out by our greedy and corrupt politicians. Make your life and your next transaction easier by working with SSE. I always believed that the best and most efficient way to complete a Short Sale was to separate the real estate agents duties from the actual dealings with the bank to get the Short Sale approved.
